Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

This homemade, creamy, and Easy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Recipe is the perfect choice for dinner tonight. Mix the golden-crusted chicken with the easy cream-based sauce and steamed broccoli for a lighter version of the ultimate comfort food.


1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
1 packet of Good Seasoning Italian Dressing Seasoning
6 tablespoons salted butter
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup Half & Half
8oz cream cheese cubes
1 cup whole milk
1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
16 oz Steamed Broccoli


Preheat oven to 375°

Cut up chicken into ½” chunks. Place in bowl and toss with olive or avacado oil and sprinkle one packet of Italian dressing seasoning.

Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 mins

Steam cut up Broccoli for 10-12 mins

In a large skillet over medium heat add butter and let it melt. Add minced garlic and garlic powder. Whisk together to combine.

Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic mixture. Whisk together until blended and smooth and then add cream cheese and slowly add the half & half and milk while whisking. Let sauce begin to boil and then reduce heat to low and allow it to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Add Parmesan cheese and whisk together until fully blended and smooth. Add a little milk if you want a thinner sauce. Sauce will thicken as it cooks.
