This is a fantastic way to get achieve that cook on the asparagus that is both tender and crisp. It definitely the perfect side for grilled or smoked beef, pork, chicken or fish.
Ingredients
1 lb Fresh Asparagus
Olive oil or Avocado oil
Ground Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Salt
Garlic Powder
Directions
Clean asparagus and chop off ends. Lay them in a line pan
Drizzle the Olive oil across the asparagus generously
Season with the garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder & pepper as little or much to your preference and set aside
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°
Cook asparagus for 15 – 20 mins until it’s tender, but still firm & tops are slightly charred
